The team does a great job of communicating before service with quotes, text message reminders of your appointment and communicate at drop off with an estimated time of completion. Last month, I had deep scratches and swirl marks caused by a brush car wash removed, and then a ceramic coating applied. I was extremely pleased with the result. The car looks new! The staff was professional and kind and took the time to explain the process and what I could expect.
