It has been since November when I had my work complete, however, I believe I can still write a review. They have called and are remedying my situation. Upon completion of the work I will amend my review again. I inquired about my windshield making vibration noises and had rock chip repairs needed. First and foremost I was hearing wind vibrations and was lead to believe this was coming from the side panels around my windshield which ran $300+ to replace on my Ford Explorer. I still had road noise after the fact. Also, these panels seem loose at the top of install and it has been less than a year. Second, I had some rock chips repaired. During the repair, the drill bit jumped and there are now scratches along my windshield on the passenger side. I am a little frustrated because they ran my card before the scratch incident happened with the windshield and it is at eye level for the passenger and periphery. The agent was here for all of about 20 minutes so paying $342.61 seems ridiculous when I looked up the cost for the parts. For convenience and professionalism I would rate higher. Maybe I had a bad experience but the windshield damage and poor installation of parts seem like I paid a lot. While the service is convenient and comes to your door, the quality of work is not what I expected for the price.

I called to get a small chip repaired in my windshied and one of the techs, Javier Garza was here at my place on the same day about 2 hours after i called. Im very satisfied with the work and the price was right! I highly recommend Windshield Fitters! Javier was very nice!!!!

Great communication and excellent work!! We had two cracks in the windshield and TJ was able to come out the same day to repair it before our road trip. Will recommend him to all of our friends!

Had a very difficult to replace windshield on my Mercedes that was cracked on a road trip. Was recommended to TJ and he did a fantastic job. He do the repair at my house and made the process super convenient.
