Intense Paint Perfection did the ceramic coating on my Genesis g80 almost a year ago and it still looks good🥰. I take my car there to keep up with cleaning and they don't dissappoint. I love their work ethic and professionalism. Ivan is very knowledgeable about ceramic coating and cars, that IS his expertise. These guys at Intense are awesome. They keep my car looking new. I’ve always believed that commitment, communication and honesty is priority above your performance. I called this location to see if they could fix a minute detail on my car and whoever assisted me gave me the run around for two days. First he quoted me 200 then 275 . It’s simple you can either do the job or not . I messaged him and asked if he simply couldn’t do the job to let me know so I could look elsewhere . He said “ yes I will do it I haven’t forgot “ I never received a follow up call or text stating that he had changed his mind . It’s very simple . You can either do it or inform me that you can’t . I clearly told him please let me know so I can find another place since I’m off for spring break. He needed me to send him the money . He asked for cash app . My cash app was compromised so therefore my only form of payment is Zelle , I waited and waited and nothing , actually still waiting . These type of actions can define a business . I don’t care how great your reviews are . Professionalism and being straight forward in this type of business is absolutely pivotal .The service to a potential customer was unprofessional so that it self should say a lot about the business. Thankfully I was able to be helped by collision 5 . Response to owner : like I mentioned , I’m not sure how not acknowledging my requests and or text messages is going above and beyond . Customer service should be priority ! I had to keep following up with you because you were not providing any updates . One can’t sit there and wait until you feel you have the time or remember to acknowledge a customer inquiry . The least you could have done is provided me with updates at least then I would have got an idea of what’s going on , not taking responsibility for your mistake says a lot . So people you decide if you can trust someone like such to do work on your car . Like I previously mention your work can be amazing but customer service is above anything . If I put in an inquiry for a quote and I have to continuously contact you ? When I’m the paying customer ? Makes no sense to me . It’s simple , I requested a quote for a potential minuscule job nothing big and you saw no commission out of it so you ignored me . You can been honest and forward and said I can’t do it instead of doing a run around . Wether you contact Zelle or not a very small update on what was going on would have went a long way . I had to post this review for you to acknowledge anything . I don’t see it make sense that I’m the customer and continuously having to reach out to you , makes any sense . I just had my 2024 Ford Edge done last week! It is absolutely beautiful. Ivan and his team did an amazing job. I highly recommend having your car ceramic coated. Then a week later they showed me how to wash it. It’s a breeze. My SUV will look new for a very long time .
