I bought a new car with a lifetime warranty on the tint, but the dealership forgot to give me a warranty card. When I found a bubble in my tint a few days later & the dealership couldn't resolve the issue, we called New Image. These guys helped us contact the tint manufacturer, get the tint replaced & got us a warranty card. They were very nice, provided above & beyond service & my new tint looks amazing!
