Not thrilled to be honest. I understand I drive a Volkswagen GTI and not a Maybach, but at $3100 (ceramic, tint, PPF) the experience has left a lot to be desired. Dropped the car off 2/23 and picked it up 3/1. Came back for the two week check-in and to get the fender badges reinstalled on 3/20. While I was there I pointed out a swirl in the PPF on the hood they said they’d fix and some polish that had dripped down into the doorjamb they said they’d clean up. Neither of those things happened. Perhaps more importantly, I was told I’d get contacted by Ceramic Pro with the warranty info. To date, I haven’t seen anything. Worse yet is the fact that I have sent three separate emails on 3/28, 4/1, and 4/11 and haven’t heard anything back. I just had the car detailed today by another local shop, who told me the bugs from a recent roadtrip etched the PPF and that the quality of the material isn’t as good as others they’ve seen. Seemingly every time I walk up to the car I notice a new flaw in the tint which is disappointing. I’m not really a negative Google review kind of person, but seeing some of the others here has made me wish I had read reviews for Tron and not just Ceramic Pro prior to making the appointment and spending all the money. Had I received a response to any of the three emails, I probably wouldn’t have bothered to write a review, but at this point if I replaced the car tomorrow I would take it elsewhere.

Had my Tesla Model S wrapped here a year ago as well as the brake calipers painted. The wrap started peeling off of the mirrors and bumpers 4 months later. They were difficult to get a hold of but eventually fixed where it was peeling. Now onto the Brake Calipers they did a pretty horrible job painting them and ended up getting yellow paint all over the rotor. Flash to 5 months ago and a start hearing a grinding noise. Turns out they didn't put the caliper on right and I was missing a bolt resulting in grinding. Had the bolt replaced and just now am having grinding issues again. They got paint all inside of the pads which completely wore out the pad and ruined the caliper, brake pad and rotor. Looking at a $1.5k bill at the Tesla service center now.

I had paint correction and a ceramic coating placed on my car by Tron auto lab. These guys are professional and clean! Automatic car washes are death to your car finish but Tron Auto Lab came in to save my car in a big way! They restored a beautiful look, and I am thrilled at the finish. Thank you Zac for your incredible attention to detail. Thank you Josh for your customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Richard for the overall incredible experience. These guys go above and beyond. Tron Auto Lab and Ceramic Pro for the win!

Josh and Zach were excellent to work with. Zach‘s knowledge and skill were apparent throughout the entire process from beginning to finish. The ceramic coating and PPF were expertly applied.
