Mazie was great to work with, very professional. Made up for the terrible experience of purchasing car. As I’m back in here after only a month of cars purchase. I feel good about the help from the service dept. Mazie was great, well I was emotional and pretty upset about the circumstances that brought me into the service dept.

Carly is fabulous! We had a ridiculous few conversations with dropped calls and poor reception. My MIL light came on and my Santa Fe was in limp mode. I called to see if I could get in to have the code cleared and get home to Sunny Southern Utah. She gave it her best shot at getting me in but I ended up having my grandson help me clear the code. Between dropped calls and my giving her bad information, we had a good time! A good laugh was needed in a stressful situation. Thank you Carly! I owe you lunch! "That Lady" Robyn Johnson

**update - service advisor offered to look into a discount on parts / labor and provide a response same day. Text “ I will let you know by today thats my promise, i empathize for you guys in this situation i will do everything in my power to try and get yall taken care of.”No response came. Finally responded 2 days later and said nothing could be offered. Currently waiting on repair and will update again once complete. Believe the bad reviews. The service department here is terrible. Cameron is our service advisor and when we took our sonata in we thought he was knowledgeable and was going to help us. Our vehicle has a burned valve. It has a recall on the faulty engine design but lucky us our issue isn’t related to the lifetime engine warranty. I have called and texted and got one reply that the system was down. I was told I had to call Hyundai corporate myself and open a case. I did. The one reply I got was that he would follow up he hasn’t. So basically our car is sitting at the dealer and we have the option to pay $5000 to fix it or kick rocks and pay the diagnostic. I will NEVER buy a car from young or a Hyundai KIA again. Horrible service department. Absolutely no help.
