Trash in the paint missing body part had my car there for a month that's why I won't take it back cuz they may keep it another month cost me a lot of extra money for car rental I had a very bad experience with them was told my car battery went bad a year old car that means a year old battery so I spent almost $300 for a battery and it turned out that it was the battery in the key that went bad and the smell of cigarettes was left in my car all this is caused by a beaver running out in the road people beware of this place do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else you'll probably get better job done from a backyard body shop terrible place

I have been receiving regular maintenance at the West End location since 2000. They are punctual, honest and professional. I wait on my car in the lobby and can see that everyone else is treated with the same courtesy as myself.

Staff is nice. However my truck has been there for 7 weeks so far with no end in sight and at least 3 of those weeks they have had all of the parts there to fix it. Just go somewhere else.

When I arrived to drop off my vehicle it was nice being treated as a valued customer even if this the first time being seen. The people here are very customer oriented and the service is great. The collision & body shop did an awesome job repairing my vehicle and went above and beyond to make it look better than it was. They handled all paperwork with our insurance company and ensured we got our vehicle back in record time. We are forever grateful and we will be repeat customers in the future.
