I booked an appointment for a Simple Exterior/Interior Detail package through their booking website the morning of 3/29 as their booking website said there was an available appointment at 2pm. I entered my information and confirmed, where the booking was confirmed and redirected to google to leave a review. When I showed up, the building was closed, I called the number listed a few times until someone picked up. I said I had an appointment at 2pm and asked are they open. The person on the phone said they're not open on Saturdays (their website and Google says they're open 8:30am-4pm) and asked when I booked. I told him this morning around 11am and he said okay let me check. After checking, he said they do not do Simple Interior Details in-shop, so why can it be booked if you don't? At that point, he said sorry and hung-up. I drove all the way there and then had to leave. Why be able to book online if the booking website is apparently inaccurate and does not work? Edit: After getting home that day, I received an email that my booking was cancelled, which confirms they received it. No where on their website does it say no same-day appointments or that appointments need to be booked at least 1 day in advance. I thought the time-slot for 2pm meant there was an opening or cancellation that became available. The owner messaged me about the review that I did not book through an "appropriate" method, which makes it sound like it's my fault for using their own website to book an appointment. There are multiple 'BOOK NOW' buttons on their website that link to the booking website. Google Reviews are about a person's experience with a business overall, not solely for the services rendered.

Great job getting the vomit smell out of my seats

I got interior done. Shampoo of carpets and seats a day after a 12 year old vomited on the car. This company did a great job in getting rid of smells and stains
