This is the second time in for a windshield repair which John was pretty good. I made the mistake of asking for the $15 wiper blade special. John told me that it was $25. Show him the ad and we agreed on $20. John yelled out a 26 & 18" for the blade sizes, I quickly told him it's 26 & 17"!! He said no it's not, I just measured it. Having to be somewhere in 30 minutes I thought no problem, blades take maybe 5 minutes. Boy was I wrong! After 20-25 minutes and taking the complete passenger side wiper arm completely off the car, I told him I had to go!! John said here you go, 30 minutes to put on one passenger wiper blade and told me to come back after 2 o'clock and put on the other(Yeah right). Got to my appointment and looked at the wiper they put on?? It was a 18" and not a 17" like I told him. To keep the 18" from hitting the side of the windshield body frame because it was to long they reinstalled the arm wrong, and pointed slightly up and not flat across. Also lost a wiper arm nut cover which I had to buy (Honda $10)!! I bought a correct pair of blades from the auto part store. John kept my $20 and got nothing in return. Too bad, it will weigh on my decision weather to have future work done? Call me John, you got my #
