Avoid at all costs. Do not be pressured into paying in advance as you will be unable to recover money for services not rendered or work performed unsatisfactorily. Most recently, I had to proceed in small claims court for a return of funds for my both my wife and mother’s cars, and recovery of damages for my vehicle. For two of them, ceramic coating work was never performed, and Jeff and the business have constantly delayed refunding money beginning with invoices from November 2023 (It is now March 2025). The third vehicle had a windshield install (not sealed properly), and an audio system upgrade (not functional and not as described), and what was supposed to occur over the course of one week, turned into what was essentially a nearly two-month hostage situation before the vehicle was returned at night and unable to start the next day. Iconic Image also shattered an existing windshield when removing it, which I also intended to keep as a backup – to note, removing a windshield, even when sealed, can generally be done without breaking it, but if the new one had been installed correctly, this would not have irked me so much; and upon return, many screws from the trim were also missing. In each of these circumstances, Jeff offered constant delays of just one more day, just 30 more minutes, and just one more week over the entire period; even sending a video of him falling behind a dumpster as evidence of why he needed more time. It took me physically coming on property to collect my vehicle to even find it with the seats removed and unable to be recovered at that time. Even after agreeing to a refund, the same excuses of just a few more days or next week has continued to drag on for literally over a year. Iconic image also still has my property (the original stereo system from the vehicle), and neglected to even show up to court where I brought the supplied stereo components to return them to Iconic Image – they are now sitting in a box waiting to be returned under supervision. If you do decide to do business with them, which again, I strongly advise you do not, if you need to take them to court, you will have likely payed directly to Maren McCabe -- but I would recommend listing Jeff McCabe, Maren McCabe, Jeff Gogna, and Maren Gogna as a simple google search will show you this is habitual. Having been in contact with others who have had a negative experience with Jeff and Iconic Image, it’s clear that this behavior is not a one-off occurrence, but a repeated pattern of bad business practices. Unfortunately, it seems the only way funds will be recovered will be to go through collections or to request the Sheriff seize and sell assets. I will note.... I had worked with Iconic Image previously to ceramic coat two vehicles and for detailing with acceptable results – interior detailing, though requested was never really done to standard, and the exteriors ended up with coating on the windshields that needed to be removed. However, being a local business, and because they seemed friendly we wanted to continue to support local business; unfortunately this turned into this most recent nightmare.

Jeff and team did a great job ceramic coating and tinting our Cybertruck. Additionally he worked on our model Y and were very happy with the results. The cybertruck did take longer than originally expected but appreciated him giving reasons why and ensuring the job and cure was done right.

A few weeks ago at Iconic Image, I met Jeff and he applied ceramic coating to my 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz. I was so impressed with the results, I decided to bring in my wife's 2024 Hyundai Tucson for the same ceramic coating treatment. The color of the Tucson is pearl white. After getting ceramic coating, the pearl white paint simply sparkles! The car has a mirror like finish and reflection, simply beutiful! Both of my vehicles look great and I am so pleased I went to Iconic Image. Hopefully this review is helpful to you in deciding where to take your vehicle if you are considering getting it ceramic coated. The service from Jeff was great & I found his work on both vehicles to be excellent!

Took my brand new vehicle here. Got the windows tinted and ceramic coating. There was damage done to the inside of both back doors. He told me it must have been there straight from the factory like that. My car had about 300 miles on it and he was the first one in the backseat. The tinting is bubbling up in four or five spots. Recently took my car to get detailed and he said there's no ceramic coating on my car. Remind you, it's only been one year.

They were great to deal with and very accommodating to our schedule. The car looked great!
