Highly recommend (18) Great service (15) Fast service (8)

"Daniel Rosenthal: All I can say is WOW!!! What a Professional & Class Act the owner of Ceramic Pro Elite Window Tinting of Wilmington is!! Let me explain. I live in Florida and found a car at a dealership in Wilmington that I wanted to purchase. Due to health reasons I was not able to travel to inspect the car. I researched high end Detailers in the area through my local Detailers and came across Ceramic Pro Elite. I called and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist and explained my situation and that I wanted to pay for someone there to be my eyes for a day and inspect the vehicle for which I was willing to pay a fee for. She asked for my number and said someone would call me back. Within 10 minutes a gentlemen by the name of Phillip, who turns out to be the owner and was extremely cordial, calls me back and said that he would be happy to do it, asked for the details and said he would drive over immediately and inspect the car. In 15 minutes I got a call from the dealer saying he was there to inspect. Fifteen minutes later I get a call with a full detailed report about the vehicle. Upon completion I asked what I owed him for his services and he stated absolutely nothing. He stated it’s always a pleasure to help people. I never explained to him my situation. Never told him I was ill or couldn’t travel. Just that I needed a car inspected. This was proof that there are still honest and good people in this world!!! I found this detail shop through my detail network where I live and was told their work was impeccable. Well not only do they do good work, but the owner is a class act!! All the more reason to bring your cars and detail work to Ceramic Pro Elite!!!"
