Purchased a bed cover in January. One side is crooked so I’ve been back three times in hopes of getting it fitted properly. Each time they remove more parts trying to get both sides even and after they still couldn’t accomplish that today, I shared my frustration. The manager was so nice in explaining I am no longer welcome at the store and told me to call the manufacturer! Nice job at backing your service and the products you use! I don’t recommend this business. They don’t stand by their workmanship and treat their clients horribly!

Matt handled my concern and spent an hour correcting the issue. The impressive part is he did not charge for the fix. Above and beyond and will definitely be back to purchase upgrades for the truck! 5 plus stars! Highly recommend!

Everytime I come here to get work done on our fleet of vehicles they are super professional fast turn around and ver respectful couldn’t ask for better service appreciate all the hard work and great customer service.

I needed to get a hitch put on my Highlander to be able to tow my iPod. A couple friends helped me install the new Curtis hitch I ordered from Amazon but none of the wiring harnesses were right from Amazon. I came down to the valley from Payson and saw Matt at Quality Bumper in Mesa, to get the wiring done to complete install of the hitch wiring. Their pricing was very reasonable. I had also bought two controllers off Amazon and they were very knowledgeable about the brake controllers I had brought and helped me decide which to go with. I chose to go with a Curt Bluetooth controller which they highly recommended. They even put on a piece of underbody covering that we couldn’t get back on after installing the hitch. When I returned home to try everything out with the trailer there was an issue. First issue was that I didn’t bring the hitch with me when I came down and my ball needed to be flipped over for more room between ground and bottom of hitch and second there was still no power to the hitch. When I returned to Quality Bumper the problem with no power was a simple change of a fuse and they flipped the ball to a higher position for me at no charge.They do all kinds of things here at Quality Bumper, bed liners, glass tinting, any accessory you might want they probably have it.
