Was trying to get a tow set up hooked into my vehicle and they refused me service because I was not buying my tow set up from them. That is serious lack of customer service and unwillingness to be paid simply to work instead of selling and upselling and quadruple selling like too many businesses are trying to do today. I will not be recommending them to anyone, especially military veterans like myself. Older vets depend on quality service, if we can't expect it, we Avoid that business! Extremely unconcerned with reactions and businesses saying "but but, we had an excuse! but but! Sorry but I'm definitely recommending against anyone going to your business. And if you want me to be well or not doesn't really matter to me, it's whether or not you would help me in a situation that I really needed help with. One of your competitors was more than happy to take up that slack!! That's $362 that your business didn't make.

Amazing service!! I just had QB put some AMP power steps on my truck. I was originally told it might take up to 3 hours. I received a call about an hour later letting me know my truck was done. Love these power boards and I’ve always received excellent service from QB!

I had a truck bed cover installed before attempting to install a bed extender. The truck be cover needed to be removed to install the bed cover and when I returned to Quality Bumper Nate Clark, the manager immediately took me into the shop and his crew complete the adjustments. Outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable about all truck products, and good people. I will return for any future needs and highly recommend them to everyone needing modifications or upgrades to their vehicle!!
