very lucky to have such a quality business in Phoenix great service great value great people Armando took care of getting me set up with a mobile seven pin brake device and the wiring. It only took a couple hours to do everything and it’s a great set up whoever goes there is very lucky to be able to go to such a quality business. I’d give them more than five stars if I could.

I purchased a SUV but the only feature it was missing was a tow hitch so I could put my bike rack and travel with my family’s bikes. I knew I could get one installed almost anywhere but that is where the search began. Of course, I looked at U-Haul, but they were telling me all the things they could do such as splice into my vehicles wiring to run the harness and I asked multiple times if that would void my warranty, and they just said they could do it for a great price. I got the feeling that it was too good to be true. Then my internet research brough me to Quality Bumper – Phoenix and I spoke with Armando. He shared with me that my vehicle was so new that the company has not come out with an aftermarket wiring harness, so he was telling me that what U-Haul wanted to do is not recommended. He asked me what I needed the tow hitch for, and I said for a bike rack and a cargo carrier he said then let’s add a tow hitch and not the wiring harness and if I need the connection for a trailer or something that needed the plug for lights, they can add it later. I thought that was a great idea. I made an appointment with him at his location on Grand Ave, he told me it would be about 2 hours for the install. I dropped the car off at about 8:45am and I was out the door by 9:30am. He got my car in extremely fast, and his crew knew what they were doing. When I saw the install, it looked just as good as the manufacturer install and I cannot wait to go mountain biking on some trails near and far. Thank you again!
