John and the team at Wrapped Whips installed tint on my new truck. John went over the scope of work with me prior to the install and ensured the details of the work to be done. The install team did a great job minus a slight imperfection on the windshield. I reached out to John and he had me bring it back in. Upon inspection, they acknowledged the issue and reinstalled tint on my windshield. I’ve worked in service myself and understand that issues arise and mistakes happen, we’re all human. For me it is less about the issue that presents, but more about how a business responds to and corrects it. John and the team at Wrapped Whips handled everything great and were A+ start to finish, my tint looks great! I’ll return to Wrapped Whips for future vehicles.
