Service was fast friendly and affordable. What more could you ask for? Hugo, the technician, was amazing and a super nice guy who did a great job. Highly recommended. A very positive experience all around.

Overall, I'm reasonably satisfied. The quote was a bit more than Safelite, but I still chose Xclusive because of the convenient location and appointment time. The work was finished fairly quickly. The waiting room was satisfactory. I am annoyed that they were not transparent about a 3% credit card fee. I'm fine paying cash for something like this, but I don't like to be surprised about extra fees.

Raul replaced my Volkswagen Tiguan front windshield this morning and performed the required calibration. He’s very courteous and high level workmanship showed. Fantastic service highly recommend this place.
