The lack of professionalism from this body shop is shocking. Again, maybe it is just the field, but this was the third car business I had reach out to looking to get service for my vehicle, specifically, a ceramic coating exterior and interior. The person I spoke to on the phone, assuming the owner set an appointment for me however there was no response back to my email clarifying the invoice or call back. Additionally, I had missed my appointment but give that there was no response back to my initial messages it was a blessing in disguise. The whole car industry lacks respect for women and their intelligence. Not only do they try and up charge this service they have horrible customer service and customer warranties. So disappointing and discouraging.

If I could give them more stars I would. Excellent customer service. I have taken my car here 2 times and both times have been an excellent experience. Im so glad I have found them. It took me awhile to decide where to take my windows tinted, because reviews were pretty bad and it’s hard to decide who you could trust your car with… I am soooo glaaaad and happy I found Elite Motorsports. They are also pretty quick! They were ready to take care of my car at the time we agreed on, no delays nor long wait at all. Leo is very efficient and he makes sure you have an excellent service and experience. You wont regret taking your car to Elite Motorsports.
