Stopped in here after Mavis and Tire Kingdom, both affiliated, could not service the screw in my tire in which I purchased tires 5 weeks ago from them. They stayed the screw was too far outside the middle of the tread wear and into the sidewall. Though I can agree there are screw’s and nails that limit a company from fixing due to liability, neither place would even look beyond the initial visual. So I took my $5K a year spending down the road to Rueben’s. Rueben’s stated the same potential issue but at least EXAMINED and TESTED the theory that it was indeed unrepairable and low and behold, discovered through 5 minutes of care and great service that the screw didn’t even pierce the tires inner wall and was completely a nothing burger. But because you never know, they wanted to at least try and give me a correct diagnosis which they absolutely did. The job was offered for free but I tipped them $20 and now will try them for all my auto needs, personal and company. Mavis Auto and Kingdom Tire wanted me to buy a completely new tire at $339! What a joke chain of companies. Rueben’s is quality old school service with great attitude and smiles. Thanks Rueben’s; by the chance meeting and opportunity, you’ll know get my complete auto portfolio headed your way. It’s the little things sometimes that are missing in this world today. But Rueben’s appears to have them, thank you.

The service at Rubens in Apopka is super awesome. I had Eli and Jesus swap out a tire in less than 20 min. They’re quick professional and always offer a smile. 10/10 recommend!!!
