My experience wasn't good. I had paint issues and needed ceramic work done. He (owner Fortino) sold me on getting ceramic work done on my car, rims and Calipers with using ceramic coating. I paid for other work done to my car from vendors Fortino referred. Fast forwarded, the ceramic work on one side of the car didn't last a month. When I finally brought the car back to complaint, Fortino blamed the poor paint quality. Apparently, it was the same quality when i brought it in for ceramic work, But at that time i was ensured it would be taken care of. Putting ceramic on the rims and calipers had no effect. When i questioned Fortino about that he stated he couldn't comment on any misunderstanding I had with the work (wow). Apparently, there is an understanding that he shouldn't put ceramic on Rim and Calipers yet you took payment for it only to later blame me for not knowing better. He took no blame and offered no assistance with a either a partial refund or work to make the issue right. On top of that one of the vendors he referred (a guy to wire my display screen), wired my system soooo bad it blow my motherboard. Bad experience all around and I'm stating clear facts here. I took him i would leave a poor review and he didn't care. My advice - work with someone reparable and accountable from a larger company with a policy on satisfaction of work done. Folks that stands by their work. Even if it means paying more. Pay for quality -Elegance Auto Cosmetics is not quality. Learn from my experience and find someone else. Thanks
