They understood I wasn’t making an insurance claim but was paying out-of-pocket, and they straightened my hood rather than replacing it, which reduced the cost.They kept me updated on their work progress throughout the process. They even straightened my driver’s side door, which was slightly misaligned at no extra charge. The car looks great!

Got involved in a hit and run that impacted my front bumper and headlight that shocked me, but glad Leitherer was there to work on my car What really struck me is that there was an emphasis on my safety as I retold the story to the shop's employees, who empathized with my situation. It shows they do great work because they care about more than aesthetics and a paycheck. They also took care to text updates on progress and estimated wait time for the car, and be transparent with their business. I will definitely recommend to anyone, including friends and family.
