Good work looks great

Never use this guy. Did my boat windshield, and the final product is seriously amateur. Contacted him several times to either redo it or give a refund and he either gave me the runaround, or never returned my text or calls at all.

They did an excellent job on my windows!!

I went to custom image for window tinting and was honestly stunned. He kept my car for a reasonable amount of time and called me to pick it up. I was in a rush so I didn’t check the work, my mistake, and when I got home to actually look there were bubbles hair and dust all over every window under the tint. I called to let the owner of the business know I was dissatisfied and he said he was busy that day and would call back to schedule a time for him to look at it. He never called or answered my next call, so I went ahead and had another local tinting company remove and retint my car. I would recommend tinting your own windows yourself in a saw mill before taking it to “custom image”.

I booked an appointment online for 12pm a day in advance. I received a confirmation email and he said he had no clue I made an appointment and wasn't doing any window tinting that day. He runs his business out of his house and looks like he had just rolled out of bed. I wouldn't recommend this guy for anything
