Edit at the end I overall had a terrible experience with prestige. I booked an appointment over a month out for 8am. I was quoted $380 on the phone by the assistant and showed up to being told the price was a little over $450. We got past that and came to an agreement but as I was walking out I found out my 8am was double booked so they had my truck longer. I was okay with that and he let me know, I picked my truck up and got in to find a windshield that was covered in soap, seats covered in soap on the sides, my driver door panel popped out of place, my passenger door missing the clip to hold the lock on, and tint trash in my truck. The owner was a nice guy and they did a pretty good job on the actual tint. It was just every other part of business and quality that sucked. I would never bring my vehicle back. Edit: 5 months after getting tint done I had my drivers window fail. Tint started peeling when I rolled down my window, so despite the poor first experience I gave them a call to get my tint fixed under warranty. When I got on the phone with the owner I had a nice conversation that made me realize I must have caught them on a bad day. I got my tint appointment scheduled for the end of the week and when I met one of the guys at the shop (very nice hard smart worker) I had a seamless effortless tint fix that was done in under 30 minutes. I can’t give it a 5 star review based off my first experience but Id bring my next vehicle back for tint and give them another try because they seem like a good group.

I’ve never been there but I’ve always seen it on my way to school so I’ll give it five big booms.

Met with Jeremy and we discussed what I was looking for in undercoating. He introduced me to the tech that would spray my truck and he had suggestions of what to do and not to do. My older 2004 has rust proofing that had not lasted under Maine’s winters and I am sure my new truck will do well. All in all, while most expensive that yearly spray treatments, I’ll be happy not to have to redo it year after year

Really went back and forth debating on whether to post this, never left a negative review for a business before. I called Prestige and asked a handful of questions about their undercoating process. They assured me they took every step, washing and degreasing the underside before coating, they said they use a wand to spray inside frame rails and hard to reach places, etc. To make things short, they charged a premium price for mediocre work. When I got the car back, I put it on my lift. Lots of bare incoated spots underneath the car and in crucial corners where salt would accumulate. I also found lots of overspray on engine components and the timing belt. I spent 40 minutes with Bug and Tar remover wiping overspray off my fenders and bumpers. Not sure what others paid, but for just shy of $1000 dollars for undercoating I was extremely disappointed. I can only trust that they degreased and scrubbed the underside before spraying as well, but who knows. They did get me in for an appointment quickly, so that's good. All in all, other prospective customers should know that it may not be worth getting your car done here, at least not for the price they charge. They post a lot of vehicles that look great, so maybe it's just mine, but for what I paid and what I was promised, I feel slighted.
