Thank you for taking advantage of my 19 y/o son and selling him your old shop truck that has a bent drive axle, among the many other safety issues and noises it makes. Our local garage would not even touch the truck to do any work on because they were afraid of the liability of the vehicle being on the road. The truck should have been a salvage truck and sold for parts but you squeezed over $4,000 in cash out of my teenage son without disclosing all of the issues and the fact it will never be road worthy, never be safe to drive and can never be inspected or put on the road. Its sad to see a hard working young teenager who has saved his money to finally buy a truck get ripped off by your company. We will be pursuing a small claims lawsuit in addition to compensation or buyback through the MA Lemon Law. What an outstanding company to go out of your way to take advantage of a young driver just looking for a vehicle to get to and from work.

Excellent customer work

I received some bolt on aftermarket parts with no specs, nor instructions. I spoke to Matt through email about this, to see if they could install this for me, as I didn't have the right tools to do it myself. I was able to take it in the next morning. What I thought was going to be an initial look and estimate turned in to 30 minutes. Everything was done right then and there. Every one on staff is passionate about cars, and it really shows in their garage set up, their work ethic, and the special attention they give to your car. I definitely have plans to work with them again.
