Good overall experience - great communication and repair looks great. However, there was one issue. LaMettry's identified slight damage to the bumper not associated with the collision when inspected at the Chanhassen shop. Though clearly visible, this damage had not been observed by me prior to dropping off the vehicle at the Lakeville location. I suspect this damage happened in transport (tow) between shops, but cannot be certain. Thus I was on the hook for the repair of "pre-existing" damage. Pro tip - carefully document condition of your vehicle at time of drop off.
