After the terrible customer service and runaround with trying to talk to an in-store employee/installer with the main "big box" electronics store, I was relieved to call Blacked Out Customs to get direct and detailed answers from Austin. He gave me all the info I needed, and I was able to get my remote starter installed the next day with no issues. He took time to answer all of my questions and to make sure I was well-informed, and satisfied with my purchase. Had a minor hiccup with the install a few days later. No biggie, they got me back in and the installer got it corrected in a short amount of time. I would recommend them for any aftermarket custom work.

I would love to give a huge shout out on Black Out Customs!! Austin and his crew did an amazing job on our 27 ft Crownline by adding a new stereo and power booster with speakers. The men of many talents here. From speakers and wiring, to headliners and interior work, to leather and window tinting. These guys basically do it all at a very reasonable price with exceptional work. I enjoyed working with them on my old BMWs, as they're very knowledgeable and trustworthy, super friendly, and didnt mind answering my many questions in great detail. As a bonus, they're close, so I'll definitely be bringing my cars to them from now on!
