I tried to reschedule due to a funeral I had to attend. No response via text or phone, I left multiple voicemails. Even if I kept my appointment, it is unclear where I would be going, I stopped by the address online and there were no signs and no reason to believe this business exists. I am out my deposit, with no communication back.

UPDATE: Justin reached out to me and explained the lack of communication experienced. Offered a discount for the headache caused, and reassured me his cooperation in getting my deposit on the initial appointment. I was not scammed as I had originally feared. I appreciated his honesty and offer of discount on services given the unfortunate circumstance. I would consider making an appointment with The Detail Shop again, and offering them a second chance. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If 0 stars were an option, I'd choose that. Made my appointment far out because of my availability. 2 weeks prior to the appointment I wanted to cancel, left a few voicemails with no response from their team. Drove up to their location (as per Google Maps), they're not there! Even UPS left a "sorry we missed you" sticker on the door, for them specifically. So they left quickly and quietly. I could not reach Justin, or anyone else for that matter, to receive my deposit back and confirm cancellation. Scam!

Great quality and super convenient detailing + touchup on some small scratches on my car. They also offer a service where they’ll pick up and drop off your car which was super helpful. Will definitely return in the future.

The Detail Shop did an excellent job with my Titan and my wife’s CRV. Greta experience. Would highly recommend them for their work was outstanding.

I have had my car detailed 3 times by dealerships and honestly, they all suck in comparison! I have never been more shocked at how beautiful my car is than I was today. They really got every nook and cranny. Very professional and pleasant people! I don't think I have ever gone out of my way to review before, but these guys deserve it! 5 Star
