I have dealt with many shops in my 20 years of modifying vehicles, with the quality of work ranging from horrible to really good; however, I have never had a shop provide the attention to detail and overall service that the guys over at APEX Detail, in Addison, did on my car. I showed up a few days after dropping it off and was absolutely floored at the results I saw. They did paint correction, ppf, and a ceramic coat, and my 2021 now looks better than a brand new ride. Dirt and water fall right off of the (now) mirror finish, and I have gotten a ton of compliments in only a week of having it back. If you are looking to give your ride a showroom finish, I can’t recommend these guys enough. I worked with Benny, who spent a lot of time answering my questions and maintaining great communication throughout the process. They weren’t the cheapest quote I received, but they were also far from the highest quote I got as well. Their service and patience with my questions (before I even committed to using them) are what won me over, and I am glad I went with them. They have gained a customer for life and I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for ppf and/or ceramic coating. Thanks APEX!

Apex detailing did a great job of detailing my car, though it took a long time. I had it repainted, corrected, protective film added, and other work done. I would use them again despite 2 issues occurring that were not detailing specific: my car’s amplifier quit working while there; the driver’s window was whistling from an air leak. Both may be coincidental. It looked to me like the door latch in the door well had moved by 1/4” (perhaps done at the paint shop). Moving it back solved 90% of the problem. The amplifier had all the connections checked, and they seem alright. Still troubleshooting on that. One caveat: ceramic coating requires you not to get it wet for 2 weeks after application. Guess I should have waited until Springtime was over! Daniel’s knowledge and service was excellent, and my car looks new now, despite its 21 year age. Followup: burnt radio fuse was the culprit on the radio. Wonder why though.

Over the years, Daniel and the team at Apex detail have worked on several cars for our family.
