Rude customer service. I called and was told to be left on voice-mail. I contacted them online and was given the silent treatment when I told them no one picked up. Either this is the Toyota treatment(if so, will never go here) or the agent needs to be retrained.

I would definitely recommend Toyota of Katy Collision Center! Sam Mendoza and his team went above and beyond to help me get my car repairs covered through insurance and I was very pleased with the outcome of the repairs. Customer service was exceptional and I was kept apprised of everything frequently. This would be a five star review if not for the long wait and steep out of pocket expenses I incurred waiting for my vehicle. It took approximately 5 weeks to get my car fixed due to waiting on parts. The long delay caused me to go over my allotted rental policy through insurance. Sam did go above and beyond by getting the deductible waived which was greatly appreciated. I do think the collision center should have loaner cars available in the event parts take this long to come in! My out of pocket expenses were still pretty steep. I would not hesitate bringing a vehicle back to the Collision Center!
